What is being compared
This page sets Ultherapy beside a facelift, as the title asks, and judges it the way this site judges any treatment: it says what to ask before booking, then lines up Bellevue medical spas by how much of a fixed treatment list their own websites show.
It does not claim that one replaces the other. Whether a non-surgical treatment is enough for a given face is a question for a licensed clinician who has examined you.
Methodology
The comparison table below orders providers by how many treatment categories the clinic's own website lists, using a fixed list of treatments as the yardstick.
The highest count leads. Sun Aesthetic Clinic's value is 20, taken from sunaesthetic.com on 2026-10-19. Every rating and review count comes from the provider's Google listing, and each provider's sources follow the table.
The fixed list of 20 includes ultrasound lifting and RF skin tightening. Surgery is not on the list, so a facelift cannot show up in this count.
What a finished result should be judged against
- Ask who performs the treatment and what their license is. Then check the license with the state.
- Ask what the consultation covers and whether the plan is written down before any payment.
- Ask what result is expected, over what period, and what happens if you are not satisfied.
- Ask what follow-up is included and who answers if something looks wrong afterward.
- Ask to see photos of finished work on people who look like you, and who took them.

Where the facelift question lands
This page cannot tell you that Ultherapy should stand in for a facelift, and it will not pretend to. The facts it holds are about providers, not procedures.
On the one measure used here, Sun Aesthetic Clinic is first, with its own site naming 20 of the 20 categories. That says its menu is broad. It does not say its Ultherapy work is better than anyone else's. Put the checklist above to every provider on the list, including the first, and judge the answers. A checklist site cannot examine you, so read this as background rather than medical advice and let a licensed clinician judge what your face needs.
